This Level One program runs for approximately 8 weeks. There is a three day workshop and the online component will take you 1-3 hours per week (2 hours per week in the first week, progressing to 3 hours per week at the end!)
Online Activities:
Each week there will be some online activities, including readings that need to be completed. The activities will be posted online and can be viewed in the relevant Learning Category. Please allow sufficient time each week to complete the activities. The prework activities are designed to help you prepare for the live workshop. The activities in the weeks following the workshop bring the group back together online to reflect on learning, and to carry out some coaching practice, reflection on practice and other activities to complete certification.
Your Reflective Learning Task will be due four weeks after the live workshop and for those who wish to pursue the Graduate Diploma or Certificate in Organisational Coaching and Leadership, the Optional Pathway Assignment will need to be completed six weeks after the workshop. If you need any assistance along the way please look at FAQs or email coach.training@iecl.com

You are just beginning to build your coaching practice and keen to get experience. The manager of a new coaching counterpart has rung you. She says that unless the counterpart improves they are going to be performance-managed out the door. The manager asks you not to tell the counterpart this is a potential consequence. She has paid for five coaching sessions in advance.
Q1. Which of your personal values or principles are more relevant here?
Q2. Who are the direct and indirect stakeholders you need to consider in this scenario?
Q3. What do the relevant laws, ethical codes, and organisational contracts say about this?
Q4. What is your next best step? (and remember, there’s no wrong or right answer to this question)
